Contest update :

We’re up to 84 entries now! There is only 2 days left until the deadline- well not even that really, we’re talking about 26 hours! I will be at Josephs tomorrow, so even if I am not online at the official time- I will be checking the time and date the note you send me! Can we beat my ‘addiction’ contest, which had 91 entries?

Please remember my time zone is GMT. Therefore this competition will close when 11.59 on the 5th September becomes 00.00 on the 6th. I will not tolerate anybody complaining or badmouthing me if I do not accept your entry if it has past this time. This reminder has been here since the beginning of the contest after all. If you’re not in GMT, check your own time zone out.

Our fabulous judges will then be spending the next week looking over all the pieces and helping me decide the winners! There are 11 prize positions, and there will also be honourable mentions. Keep those eyes out on the 11th September, when I shall announce the winners! It’s going to be a busy one!

Welcome to the contest anime artists! We’ve finally got some entries floating in and I am so pleased. Artisan Crafts- you’re still not here? Looking forward to some more entries for these genres!
I have an explanation as to what will happen if we do not receive any entries to this genre.
I would also ensure that if we do receive only 1 entry over the next 2 days for this, we will judge it against it's worth in other winning categories. They will not win by default, because this would be unfair not only on the entrant but to everyone else who entered. Therefore if the one entry does not merit against the other winners, the prizes may be given to someone whose entry barely missed their own category win, or I shall donate the prize contents to another contest. If anyone has an alternate suggestion, feel free to suggest!

Personal

Guess what? I’m still packing! Went through all my CDs and even managed to bring myself to part with the ones I never listen to anymore. My room is starting to look quite sad and bare really- I’m sure when my mother has taken over whilst I am away, I’ll come back to a mere bed and computer!

Going to Folkestone tomorrow as I am invited to a wedding this weekend. Spending a few days furniture shopping with Joseph first, and then coming back on the Monday. It sounds like I am cutting it fine on my own judging, but I knew I’d be away for this period when the contest was set, and I will be back with plenty of time to judges and chose the winners don’t worry! Plus I can use Joseph’s computer to look at things anyway

I’ve found theme hospital. I am quite tempted to play it. I wish Day of the tentacle worked on this computer too! Damn you DOS games!

Before I play anything, I think I am going for a walk first. I haven’t been outside all day and surrounded by dust and room crap could do with fresh air.
