There has been a few discussions recently about devMeets, especially in #getLIT and how it would be nice for a UK one to be organised. Although there are a few devmeets in the UK as shown in the group *britain, there hasn’t been anything active going on in the organisation. Therefore I have said I don’t mind organising one… as long as people turn up!

Personally I am not too fussy about location. Obviously the nearer to me the cheaper, but I think it should be a majority decision instead. Once there has been some interest generated, we can discuss dates and perhaps what we can do on the day.

So share your thoughts. :)

No idea if I could persuade my parents to let me go anyway, but as long as it is reasonably southish then I should be able to get there if nothing else gets in the way
